Today’s state semifinal games have been rained out.
They will be made up tomorrow at the following times:
2 pm - Resumption of Class 1 game between Purdy & Advance
3:30 pm - Class 1 Holcomb vs Wellington-Napoleon
5:30 pm - Class 2 Potosi vs Diamond
7:30 pm - Class 2 Skyline vs Kennett
All digital tickets that have been purchased for the game that was originally scheduled for tonight at 7 pm vs Kennett WILL be honored for tomorrow’s 7:30 pm make-up game.
The trophy games will then be played on Sunday:
10 am - Class 1 3rd Place Game
12 noon - Class 1 Championship Game
2 pm - Class 2 3rd Place Game
4 pm - Class 2 Championship Game
State semifinal softball games are CANCELED for today. It’s simply too wet to get the fields playable (and still raining lightly.)

Thanks for your patience, everyone. We are HOPING to have an answer as to what the plan is for the semifinal softball games within the next couple of hours. I will give you some info just as soon as I receive it.
Due to the overnight and continuing rainfall, today’s Class 1 games are not getting started on time, meaning that it is highly likely that our gametime later today will also be affected.
Stay tuned to this page throughout the day for updates on any changes in our gametime. I will pass them along as soon as MSHSAA makes them official.
No change in tomorrow’s gametime for the Lady Tigers (still scheduled for 7 pm), but the times of the trophy games on Saturday have been pushed back due to today’s suspension of the games in Class 1. See below.

The Tigers advance to next Tuesday’s state sectional game against the winner of District 11 (either Strafford or Clever). This sectional game will be played at the field of the District 11 winner. Gametime TBA. Digital tickets will be required from this point forward.

DISTRICT BASEBALL IS NOW MOVING TO PARKVIEW HS at 4:30 today.
Fair Grove received a shower in the past hour and their field is now too wet to play on today.
Gametime is at 4:30 AT PARKVIEW!
With rain expected to arrive by around 6 pm, GAMETIME HAS BEEN MOVED UP.
First pitch at Fair Grove today is now scheduled for sometime between 3:45-4:00 pm (as soon as all 3 umpires are on site.... this was the earliest that all of them could arrive today). Gametime is officially set for 4 pm, but if the final umpire arrives a few minutes early, they will go ahead and get the game started a few minutes before 4 o’clock.

Today’s district baseball championship game vs Fair Grove is scheduled to be played at 4:30 pm AT FAIR GROVE.
The weather forecast looks very iffy again today, so keep a close eye on the “Scores & Updates” page on Facebook throughout the day for any possible changes or updates.
An announcement should come in the morning re the site and time of tomorrow’s baseball district championship game.
Skyline will face the winner of Fair Grove and Conway.
The game could be at Hillcrest at 1pm or Fair Grove at 4:30pm. Check back in the morning for an update. ⚾️👍

The location for today’s district baseball games has been changed AGAIN due to very wet conditions in the outfield at the location we were scheduled to play at today.
Games will now be played on Parkview High School’s field. Gametimes remain the same. (Skyline is scheduled to play at 2:30 pm.)
Parkview’s baseball stadium is located right next to JFK Stadium (their football field). The address of the football stadium is:

Digital tickets for this Friday’s Class 2 State Track Meet in Jeff City are now available on the MSHSAA website.
Cost per ticket is $8 plus processing fees. Everyone over the age of 5 will need a digital ticket to enter.
